how about a set of forks?

If you can't tell how badly your bike was damaged, take it to a pro. I can't see it from here.

It does not take much force, depending on where it's applied. Damage can happen at slow speeds. Not all damage is visible to the naked eye. Some must be found by comparing measurements, using a straightedge, etc.....

There is no set calculation, since all forks are made differently with different material. Plus there is no way to measure force during a crash. Just get the forks tested for trueness and you should be good to go.
