I have a 06 GSXR 600 and I want to change my head light to a brighter light. Does anyone have L.E.D headlights or any other street legal headlight

Led's are great in short ranges. alot of light in a small area and short distance. My best bet to you my friend is to go with halogen..They put out alot of light in a larger area. This is great at high speeds on the bike..It allows you to see farther in front of you...The down side is that they cost a little more and if you are just sitting with your lights on they will drain your battery. The leds dont cost too much.(all bike parts are pricey) They last forever. And pull very little voltage. If you just cruze around town and dont do any major highspeed riding at night i would say go with the led's..If its long rides at night go with the halogens.

some people put Halogen bulb kits in, (HID) I do not know the legality of it in your state. LEDs are not bright enough.

You should check to see if another bulb will fit in your stock headlights

I have nokya artic white bulbs in my R6 and they\re very bright and give off a blue HID look. I also know people who have invested in the actual HID conversion kits and you couldn't tell the difference between my 40$ bulbs and their 250$ kit.

Your bike came with the brightest legal light available. (Halogen bulb)
There are no such things as LED headlights.
HID is very different from halogen or any other regular bulb.
