There could be water in the gas.
Drain each float bowl (one at a time and check) into a clean cup.
If you see anything floating around like a "jelly fish", that's water.
When accelerating, it will get sucked into the jets and clog them. But it's to heavy and thick to get through.
If you see any water, drain the tank.

Main jets are clogged OR intake boots are cracked allowing air to lean the mix. They probably cleaned out the jets and you got crud in them from some residue in the gas line/tank as soon as it started running again. They also have a fuel pump (accelerator pump). That could be faulty. that has a diaphram in it which could be ruptured if the used high pressure air to clean the carbs. I hate halfway mechanics. What do they think ? That you have several days and endless funds to run around to get things running right ?

take the bike back to the shop, they have done something wrong. I would guess your carbs are not properly synchronized, but it could be junk left in the float bowls, blocking off the jets.

If you just came back from the shop, you need to go back to them with your receipt, and ask then to complete the job.

it would be the new diaphrams that would most likely be the problem thake it back and tell them you want a real mechanic
to do it and not a fly by night guy with a lousy certificate. you
paid for it so get your money out of them.
