I think that there is a possibility that my car's gasline froze up and I plan on attempting to buy and place a small heater in the garage overnight to try to heat things up. (Along with putting Heet in the gas tank) Can anybody recommend a good portable heater for the garage? What features should I look for to ensure safety? Any help would be appreciated.

My 89 mustang (4 cyl) has a problem: after I've been in traffic for a little while, about 20 minutes, it starts having trouble idyling, and when I step on the gas it seems choked and very bogged down. It's even stalled a couple of times. It will do this until I get going, then all of a sudden it's fine again. I suspect it's not getting enough air, but I really have no idea what the problem is. Ever heard of this?

My 2000 Chevy Impala drives great, but when I shift from Park or Drive into Reverse, there is a thump in the transmission. Sometimes it's barely noticeable, sometimes it's very distinct and metal-sounding. I recently had the transmission flushed, so what may be the problem here?
