My car ('95 VW Golf GL)seems to jerk because of the rear wheel. The car is front-wheel-drive. I noticed a lot of grease came out from the center of that wheel. It also seems to be loose when driving. I cannot drive that car until fixed. Can someone help me? Is it an easy fix? What parts do I need to buy?

I have a 1994 Mitsubishi galant(182087 miles). Recently I had an oil chage from Walmart. They checked most of the things and said fine. But now whenever I apply break at a traffic signal or parking lot, the car gives kind of "jump" and sounds like giving gas.
Then it stopped automatic. Happened 3-4 times. What to do? Can anyone help?

I have a 1996 Ford Escort that I haven't driven in probably two months. I need to move it but when I put it in reverse, the passenger's side rear tire stuck. It won't budge. I can even get the whole car to move but that tire just drags. I'm thinking it must be rusted stuck somehow, but I'm not sure. Anyone know what's causing this and how I can fix it? The e-brake is definitely not stuck, I already checked that.

What will give the most power and is it possible to do? supercharing a tiburon gt, turbo-ing a tiburon gt, or turbo-ing a 4cyl tiburon? I'm looking at a tiburon gt but if i can get a lot more power from putting a turbo on the 4cyl i'd rather get that.

The car will not crank. The car has always been very dependable. When she was leaving school, the car would not crank. She had a freind jump the car off and she drove it about 1 mile. The car stalled again and i went to get it. I got the car to crank but when i reved the engine to about 4000 rpm's, there was a noticable skip that was consistant. The car would idle just fine but at higher rpm's the skip would be there. I turned the car off and have not been able to crank it sinse. Does this sound like the engine has skipped time? The engine still turns over so i know the belt is not broken. Any help?

I bought my Ford Focus at £3000 and it was involved in an accident and require replacement of two doors at £1000. If I claim insurance, excess is £500 and I have to pay £500 in addition to losing NCB. The problem is that it is automatic and it takes a while to kick off when I press the accelerator and therefore it is dangerous in roundabout and therefore the accident. But my another auto Toyota has no such problem. Personally, I dont want to keep it for personal safety. Any suggestion?

The left side flashers (turn signals) flash very fast, the lights are very dim in the back and the front does not work at all. Where are the flasher fuses? The fuse box in the dash has no signal fuses. The wiring seems to be connected and in working order.

I have a mk1 97 plate Audi A8 1.8 SE I put the wrong anti-freeze in it recently and it has caused the car to over heat and constantly produce pints of this thick brown sludge! The mechanic says it's the anti-freeze I should have used G12 anti-freeze that is required to be used in Volkswagens and Audi's, as the normal blue stuff causes a chemical reaction that produces this brown sludge and clogs the cooling system. Has anyone else had this problem?? did it cause the oil temperature to sore aswell?? How much do u thionk it will cost to fix??

I know that you should go to a shop that specializes in german work when you have work done on the engine. But does that same logic apply to brakework? I have disc brakes.

It only happens when I turn the wheel at low speeds (like pulling in or out of a parking space) or going over bumps (again at low speeds - 15-20 mph). The steering is fine, car handles well and it only has 26,100 miles on it so I doubt it's normal wear and tear. I've had it in three times for this and the dealership mechanics always tell me they "don't feel anything" when they drive it...can they be trusted since the car is still under warranty and I get the feeling they just don't want to eat the cost of having to fix it.
