What will give the most power and is it possible to do? supercharing a tiburon gt, turbo-ing a tiburon gt, or turbo-ing a 4cyl tiburon? I'm looking at a tiburon gt but if i can get a lot more power from putting a turbo on the 4cyl i'd rather get that.

Anything is possible given enough money.

Turbos normally produce a higher peak power but take time to build that power (turbo lag).
Superchargers don't make as much peak power because of parasitic drag but their power is available at all times (no lag).

Your best bet is to look into available kits and decide what you want before you buy the car. Be ready to be shocked by what a good setup will cost you.

Turbo the 4cyl. The v6 rods are way too thin for forced induction. I serviced a couple of supercharged tiburons and they reach their limits quick. If you can find someone to do it, the xg350 engine (mitsubishi 6a13 derivative) bolts up to the trans if you want v6 power. it's got big beefy rods but requires alot of modding to make it run. I would go turbo 4cyl, way to build for turbo apps, cheaper and more reliable plus a used engine is cheap and readily available - car-part.com.

supercharger all the way it will double what you rengine makes but take 30 percent of that and thats what you lose from having to crank the supercharger drive
