I tried to add trailer lights to my 06 Jeep Liberty. I spliced into the wires, then the left tail light quit working and later the right side stopped working. I put everything back and disconnected the battery and had no response. Is there a relay I'm missing?

91 explorer, No leaks. new water pump, and thermostat. flushed system. why does my temp. needle go to red and back to cool? It happens when I drive anywhere, after it warms up. It only happens when im driving. I can idol for an hour in the driveway and it wont even hit the N in the normal! air bubbles? maybe? let me know! thanks. everett washington

When I went to start my car this morning it tried to start for about a second and then started clicking. I thought I left something like a light on or something and then called someone to start it with jumpers. Well, got to work today and just had lunch and now getting the same thing. It seems that within the 30min it takes to get to work that the battery would have charged. Anyway, I am thinking that the alternator has gone out. Do they noramlly give a warning before going out? Whats that cost to have replaced?

when i accelerate the car missfires and/or stumbles until i let off, it idles fine, ive had the plugs replaced the cap and rotor replaced, the fuel filter replaced.

My wife picked our car up from the shop and didn't realize the emergency brake had been pulled. It is a fron-wheel drive 2006 Scion xA. She did drive on the highway and did smell slight burning smell when she got out. The car seems to drive okay, although you have to pull the emergency brake a little further back to get it to engage.

I just got the car back from the dealership to correct this very problem. The dealrship installed a new throttlebody and said it was fixed. I later drove the car approx. 75 miles an the check engine light came-on. It then started emitting black smoke and smelled really rich. Now getting about 10 mpg. Vaccum problem, Electrical, Turbo????

Hi.I think i have a fuel problem the engine dose not turn on i thought it if i added fuel it may work with me . i added about 7 galoons of fuel and it didnt work i checked the engine by adding the fuel direct to the motor it works but for 30 sec and the fuel meter in the car moves to full tank before starting the motor i try to start it it go to the half how could i get to the pump from the trunk and tell me the exact location of the fuel filter and the fuses of the pump Tell me what should I do ..... please its urgent ..... Here's the scoop - 03 F150 5 spd manual 2WD

I get a squeaking sound ONLY when I coast IN gear.

Out of gear (neutral), no squeak or when clutch is depressed no squeak.

Shifting is smooth and no clutch problems.

U-joints or throw out bearing?
