it is not simple. if you are not already an adept general mechanic, don't try it. on some blocks the timing belt is involved also. an experienced mechanic with all the tools would need 3-4 hours

If you are mechanically inclined at all it is very easy. When you remove the old one you will have learned how to install it. Just the reverse of removing it. Make sure you clean the gasket area well. Place the new one on that comes with the pump then install the bolts and tighten one at a time opposite each other until tight.

Its not to hard and lots cheaper also. Get a Book on your Buick at the parts store it will walk you through it..

not hard at all maybe a 30 min. job Lots cheaper too I dunno of any links but you can go an AutoZone type store and buy a Chilton or Haynes manual on the car for like 15 bucks still cheaper than paying someone to do it for you

i have a 93 lesabre try autozone.com, they have tutorials, then you can decide for yourself, but it cost me around 100 bucks to have someone do it for me in a couple of hours..it was worth avoiding the hassle for me....
