I need to know wat color to paint my 1973 ww bug...i want this car to be a show car.....i plan to put airbags on it or i will lower my suspension...i also plan to put a blue neon underbody kit on it....i need a color that will go with blue neons...please give me your opinion and possible if anyone knows a website were i can preview the paint color on my car...please let me kno...thanks

pads are now comepletely worn down with no previous signs (squealing,etc), since no pads, one of the rear rotors is tore up. have pads and rotors need help asap thanks. im looking for info from a Haynes/Bentley auto manual.

i have 96 vw gti with 2.0 4cyl i have gas odor when i fill it above half, less then that there is npne. no leaks,gas cap is tight and it smells like its coming from the front when you are driving it

I bought a camper van 3 months ago we haven't used it yet and we have never had one before, So we have got a lot to learn, will we learn from other campers or will it be trial and error. Where can I find out, or do you know why my car shakes when I drive, especially the steering wheel. I thought it was the gas I used, but it's not the case. The passenger side door lock cylinder of my golf 1996 GL came out of the handle along with the key. The problem is that earlier whenever I opened the car from the driver side, the alarm went off...( on turning the key to open from driver's side, the inside lever went up and came back down on removing the key..mechanic said the latch was weak to be able to sustain the lever in up position on opening from the driver side.)..so I used to open it from passenger side. Now I have to open it from driver side, let the alarm go off, and then leaving the door open..go back and turn the key inside the hatch lock ..to turn the alarm off.

My questions....
1) What do I need to buy to repair the passenger side lock. (the whole handle with lock/ just the cylinder/ something else)
2) What is wrong with my driver side lock and how do I fix it?

Trying out a bug for purchase. The sound comes from the center of the car. It does not happen when I slowly release the gas but happens in second gear. When the owner drove it that never happened. Do new clutches or something do this new?

My friends 2000 Jetta miss-fired when she started it this morning and of course the DEALERSHIP said to bring it to them so they could charge her an arm and leg, but I heard this is normal when its a cold start. Is this true or has anyone got a reason this could be happening?
