The 4th generation Volkswagen Jetta was sold in Europe as the Volkswagen Bora.
There is NO "Jetta Bora".
If you are in the United States, what this means is that whoever owned the car simply bought the European "BORA" lettering and tacked it onto their car. Thats it. Nothing special about it otherwise. Most likely it is a standard 2.0 liter Volkswagen Jetta GL or GLS. If it has one of the upgraded engines, the lettering on the right hand side of the trunk will indicate that. But as this seller seems to like to have fun with lettering, I would check under the hood to confirm.
The Jetta was not nearly as popular as the Golf in Europe, so as a result Volkswagen changed the name a few times. The 3rd generation Jetta we got here was called "Vento" in Europe and the the 4th was called "Bora". I believe the current plan is to sell the current Jetta (5th generation) as a "Golf sedan" in Europe.

You could always try "dem." Toss up on those/these. She did have a way with words and with men. You echoed her wonderful language well, and I mean that in a derogatory way! lol Very nice.
