Nissan

the engine heats up fine. the cooling system builds up pressure, and all the hoses are getting hot. yet all i have is cold air coming out of the vents? please help it is getting cold in nebraska.

They are having a problem getting parts. My insurance company has suggested that I contact a state's attorney because Nissan has a car on the road that they can not get parts for; speicfically the alternator. Nissan has no estemation date of when they can get one and my car has been in the shop for over a month. Nissan has refused to help with the rental (my insurance contributed to the rental for the first 30 days), and my insurance company is suggesting I talk to the Secratary of State's office. Does any one know my rights?

hey i put fuel cell instead of the fuel tank for suspension reasons and ineed to buy an external fuel pump. how much psi should the new pump have and how much does the stock one give? is 85psi and 43gpg enough to power it?.. looking for a master thech to answer or some one with correct info.???!!!!

What does a rebuild consist of and is it worth rebulid or should i purchase a new engine? Is it better to purchase a new engine, what would I be able to fit and what would be the price range be? I am not doing the rebuild myself, I will have the work professionally done. I have found a shop that will do the rebulid for $1800 and want to know if this is an average or overpriced?

When I try to push the seat forward or backward, it just moves little and stops and does not go all the way as if something is holding it back. I can hear a click when I push the button forward or back, so I assume that it may not be an electrical issue. Can anyone guide me as to what may be the problem and how to fix this? Thanks everyone.

I just bought a brand new Nissan Altima 2006 2.5S. I've never had a Nissan before, if someone else has an Altima, or a Nissan, could you pelase tell me what kinda mechanical problems - if any - you've had. Also, how reliable are they? What kind of gas milage do they actually get? (not what the window sticker says - but REALLY) I love this car so far, I just bought it yesterday afternoon. I would just like to know what to expect from it in the future.

hi i have a 2001 nissan frontier and we took off the gas tank to put a fuel cell on the bed, and recently put the electric fuel pump. NOw the problem is that when we start it it starts but it will only stay on for like a minute then they truck just shuts off. is there not enough fuel pressure? or what is the stock pressure its supposed to get. the electric pump that we just put in there gives 4-7psi and 130gph. any response will be appreciated.

This is the second Nissan Maxima I'ved owned with the same problem. The first was a 1987 Maxima. Both are in tip top shape. It's got me baffled truly. I've refrained from putting woofers and an amplifier in my trunk because of the leakage. PLEASE ADVISE !!!!!

I don't know where the computer is on my 1993 Nissan Pathfinder SE. Oh yeah, if you can also answer this, is there a way to take off the RPM guard and make the truck go faster by using a very high ohm resistor and jump the computer a bit so it takes of the guard on the speed to?

Gear shift wont come out of park. I have to use my key to use the safty switch to get the car out of park. What could be the problem. I have played with the fuse and when I wiggle it, the shift comes out of park sometimes. There is nothing wrong with the fuse it self (tested it). Do I have to put it in another way or do I have a bigger problem. ANY HELP!
