hahahaha! I'm rollin from this questions. There's no such thing as "Skyline" and "cheap."
If you can find one in the states that IS registered, you're looking at paying at least $25k for a 1989 GTR R32........and anywhere between $60k and $80k for a GTR R34.
Your best bet is to check Ebay and see if anybody is selling a R32 in Canada. You can get that for about $10k...........but then you'll have to spend about $25k to convert it to US DOT and NHTSA standards..........or just not drive it on US streets ever. And if you don't convert it, get stopped by cops, they'll just impound your car and put it to the crusher.

what are you, 12 years old and been watching 2fast2furious too many times? they DON'T SELL THEM HERE!!! go to Japan, and find one in a junkyard, that's the only way you'll get one for cheap, then you have to ship it, that's upwards of $10,000. forget it. buy a Nissan 240sx and put a Silvia's motor and body kit on it if you want a Japanese Nissan.

Its not going to happen. They don't build them in America so they have to import them and modify them to comply with US laws. They're hard to come by to begin with, so to find one for cheap is nearly impossible.
