I found and replaced the one on the passenger's side with no problem, but I am having a diffucult time just finding the one on the driver's side of the engine

i have a 94 tahoe, and recently SOMETIMES i can't start the engine. lights, radio works, but ignition nothing, any idea?. the alarm was checked and they said is fine. a mechanic said is the key (is not reading it ?), so he put w40 and works 2-3 times but later no more. ANY IDEA??
ps. i changed the fuel pump not too long ago

I rebuilt a 2.8 oput of my 91 s10. I replaced everything. I didnt build it up for racing just a driver motor, everything is at stock specs. Any thing that needed replaces got replace. I have more than 1000 in it, its cheaper to build a small block chevy. But im trying to find a site or somehting where i can post it forsale. I know i wont get 1g out of it but id lik eto get around 900, but thats negotiable. Its on s10forum already bu ti mnto having alot of luck there. Any suggestions?

I have a 97 chey Lumina last week I ran out of gas. Then a few days later the check engine light came on. The car acts like not gettting enough fuel.

the pick up is a 1999 chevy S-10 4.3L automatic trans and it has the electronic changer from 4wd to 2wd. It runs fine in city driving conditions, but everytime i get on the freeway and lets say i exceed 60 mph for like 10 minutes or so, the truck kicks really bad when i get off the freeway. This happens when i go from 1st gear to 2nd gear. Once i let the truck cool down for a couple hours it works fine again. Does the whole transmission have to be placed to fix this problem?

mines runnin to lean, the small screws down in the corners, if your standin in the front of the truck, which side is the fuel? it needs just a little more fuel, doing that will I have to bring the air up a bit to?

I have a 1992 chevy cavalier. I know were my distributor is, but in the place it is, between my block and firewall, I can't see anything. or get my hand down to feel it. Does the wire I need to hook up my tachometer run to the top of my block? And is there a way to run a wire from my cabin to my engine compartment without drilling through my fire fall? HELP!

I just replaced my intake gaskets after coolant got into my oil. I am pretty sure I put everything back, I put the pushrods in a cardboard box so I wouldnt mix them up. I got finished and tried to start the car, it would turn over but not start. There was a slight bit of gas coming from the fuel pressure regulator line. I was just wondering if anyone had ideas of what might have happened?

I need to know if a 5 speed trandsmission in a 1990 s15 Ext. Cab. 4cylinder 2.5L will fit on a v6 2.8L and match up on the bell housing or will I need an adapter plate between the trany and motor?

I have a 1987 chevy custom deluxe 2wd and I was wanting to put some new tires and rims on it. I dont have a lot of money to spend (like 700.00 bucks) and I was wondering what a good size would be for this truck and what would go easy on my pocketbook? I'm not wanting it raised or lowered or to look any wider or anything. If I go lower I dont want it by very much. I also want it to look fairly good for the price. I'd like to have them chrome if at all possible. Any suggestions?

its a 1971 chevy 350 that is coming out of a 1971 motor home. 010 block. Transmission is a 700R4 or i also have a 4L60E from a 95 S10 Blazer. The patient is a 1992 extended cab S10. Plain Jane with a 2.2 4 cyl. I am trying to come up with a complete plan of attack and really want no surprizes. I want to do a professional job here as I am a professional myself. Tech that is. ive heard about having to relocate that radiator and condenser. also what should be used for suspension? which trans would be better? I believe the 700R4 would be. Also do you have to do any modifications to the body? beat on firewall? move power brake booster? I want to keep A/C on the truck and change all front pulleys to one acc. belt. Serpentine. The S10 does have the OBD2 system on it. what problems may I run into as far as the wiring for the 350 and what to do with the extra wiring and connectors?. any advice that is helpful, informative or just down right correct is greatly appreciated. I have a 88 cadillac with 200-r4 & I'm thinking of using my buddys th350 tranny with a chevy 350 motor. I think my rear end is a 2.56 & I dont want my rpms spiraling out of controll on the highway. I'm not an extreme speeder but want reasonable highway speed/economy at around 70-75mph. So how would this combo porform compared to a 4-speed 700-R4 overdrive tranny.
