Filter could be plugged up...fuel line could be blocked. Pour gas in carb and get it running to make sure it will run. If it stops after it burns up the gas you poured into the carb, take the fuel line off at the carburetor and turn engine over to see if gas is coming out of fuel line. If the fuel pump is okay gas will come out of the fuel line as you crank the engine and the problem lies elsewhere. Then just systematically go over the fuel system from there. Check the fuel filter in the gas line. While the gas line is off check that the carb doesn't have a small fuel filter inside the carb where the line hooks up. Take the fuel line loose at the gas tank and blow some air through the line from the just behind the inline fuel filter back towards the tank to see if it has some sort of blockage.Take your time and you will find the problem.

try spraying some carb cleaner in the carb while someone turns it over. It probably will fire, but keep throttling it back up because it will want to die on you. If it don't want to stay running, looks like it could be a plugged fuel filter, but most likely a bad fuel pump for sitting around that long! Hope it help ya.

Check your oil after you get the car running. The fuel pump can go bad from sitting and then leak fuel into the crankcase. Not a big expense if you catch it early.
