I assume you mean "How many miles per gallon..."
With the 6.0L LS2 V8 and:
6-speed manual transmission:
18 mpg city, 18 highway
6-speed Automatic:
17 mpg city, 27 highway
With the 7.0L LS7 V8 (6-speed manual only):
16 mpg city, 26 highway.
