its most likley the resistor!

to add the the resistor thing yea it needs a resistor be sure to check and see if there is any water or see traces of any water in the blower box, i ve ran into a water leak dripping down on the resistor [in which gets kinda hot during operation] and causes the resistor to crack and fail. good luck.

Most likely yes, its the resistor,as current bypasses the resistor on "high"

your resistor is going bad for the blower. caution if you chenge it. the resistor is under a cover , under the passenger side under the dash board. so is the senser that sets off the air bag on that side.
watch what you do anf follow all instructions.

i own a repair shop,and if that's the only speed you got that's the problem with it,my truck had been like this for 3 years and i finally fixed it this year,now i have all 4 speeds on it,but that's all you,ll need to get this one working right again,good luck i hope this help,s.

I believe there are seperate fuses for the blower. One for the high speed and another for the other positions.

Could be a blown resister. More than likely it is.
