I just replaced my intake gaskets after coolant got into my oil. I am pretty sure I put everything back, I put the pushrods in a cardboard box so I wouldnt mix them up. I got finished and tried to start the car, it would turn over but not start. There was a slight bit of gas coming from the fuel pressure regulator line. I was just wondering if anyone had ideas of what might have happened?

Did you remove the distributor? Chances are your timing might be off. If I remember correctly the timing line should be at top dead center. The number #1 piston in the firing order should be on the upstroke and the distributor cap and rotor should be pointing to the number #1 spark plug wire.

flush the fuel line and examine the contents to see if there's still oil mixed in. Get the oil changed if you ha vent already, and fill the tank ONLY HALF full of gas. It should start then. If not, check the firing order of your plugs. Re-install plugs if necessary and the car should crank. If it doesn't after all of this then the crank is probably scored.

Gotta start with the basics. Put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail, gotta be up around 40 psi roughly. Next check for spark with a tester.

v6 or 4 cyl? double and triple check your intake gaskets. make sure they did not slip while you were putting the intake back on. double check your pushrods. if you have a 3100 v6 then you have 2 different size of pushrods. and check all your basics. Fuel, fire, air( compression ) good luck
