i have a 98 mustang, and everytime i rev up the engine it burns out the fuel pump fuse, its the first slot to the left in the fuse box next to the batterie. i think it is the fuel pump fuse, im going by a diagram of a 99, the 98 diagram i keep looking at doesnt look like mine. what seems to be the problem, is the fuel pump giving out, or is there something wrong with the fuse box. its a 3.8 engine. see the thing is that if that fuse gives out, then for some reason it wont let it charge the batterie, and eventually the batterie dies out. it works fine and drives fine, the only thing is you cant pass the rpms above 2 or it will bust the fuse. i asked the question yesterday but i think lack of info, people where unable to help. thanx in advance
