1991 dodge colt-died and wont start?

just replaced plugs and 3rd isnt firing.would this cause it to stall and not start again?it ran fine for about 20 miles then died ,there is no spark to the plug at all

could be a few things

Timeing belt or Coil or might be the spark plug wires
