Car Makes - June 2006

I noticed this morning that when I come to a stop (and hold the brakes) that the wipers stop. When I release the brakes they start back up. Is this normal? The car is going in for its 5000 mile today, so I will ask them, but thought I would toss it out here for you guys. Thanks (up front) for the quality answers.

What do you think about Toyota Corolla? I live in Brazil and it's probably the most wanted car here. It's perfect and it's relatively cheap. But in USA cars are very cheap. What do you think about it? Can you find a Corolla everywhere in USA? Here they are everywhere.

i have a 1992 miata with about 150k miles on it. i was driving it for about an hour to visit someone i know. when i got off the freeway, the clutch just went soft and loose and i couldnt put it into any of the gears. what might be the problem? when i bought the car about a year ago, the owner said the clutch was only about 2 years old and felt fine when i drove it. it juss all of a sudden broke while driving. could it be my clutch or tranny or something else? please help! thank you!

Here is my problem. I have a 05 f150 supercrew 4x4. I just put a leveling kit on it, but i am undecided if i want to go with three more inches. If i stay with the leveling kit the biggest tire i can go with is a 33. Any suggestions

our taurus heater core has gone bad and the repair job is EXTREMELY expensive. want to know if anyone has fixed their heater core and what you did to get into the dash and down to the core.

My friends passenger window is stuck in the open position, its electrical. Her battery keeps getting drained even after buying a new battery. Could it be window that is draining the battery or is it something else like alternator. Car runs fine but something is draining battery!

why is it a challenge to compare with toyota and honda. i mean to start with, the hyunida symbol, the circle from toyota, and the H from honda. Why don't they compare them selves to themselves?

it has over 200259 on it and i cleaned the engine up. after that, drove home and the next day, startd it an it started shaking and the check eng light came on then i drove off an it is fine. did that 2 times, an now its ok.... what can it be? sparkers are good along w/ wires..

The oil is leaking out of the top left side of the motor near the cam shaft behind a black plastic cover. Has anyone had this happen to them and is it easy to fix ? I'm trying to be specific as I can when describing this. Any help would be much appreciated.
