Absolutley For the value and the money! i happen to be a technician who works at a Hyundai dealership in Montgomery, AL. Since I saw the neww 2006 Sonata debut, there have been no major problems or breakdowns with them. There have been a few recalls on the first earlier produced 2006 Sonatas, such as front seat recliner handles that needed replaced with a new version,nd a computer software update for the ecm,and both the front outer door handles and most of theses recall issues have been resolved and taken care of by thier owners at no charge to them and only take a few minutes to correct while the customer is waiting. The 2007 sonatas have arrived as well and so far rthere has been no recalls for them. I like it when I can road test a new unsold sonata and get on straight long entry ramp to an interstate with no one ahead of me and open the throttle and feel the feeling of power from the 3.3 liter v6,and it set you back in your seat,it almost reminds me of a police interceptor engine, thats how quick and fast they resond and get you quickly up to 60mph + in under 6 seconds. So all in all, I would say, Go Take the Hyundai Challenge, its worth the value and warranty Hyundai offers.

the 06's are byfar the best in family sedan group. compared to the toyota camry and honda accord, the sonata offers 6 airbags, more options that are standard, and a lower price.

price of the top of the line sonata is still cheaper than the camry's le and accord lx models

I have heard that Huyndai is a good car. (I think we are both mispelling it) My son had one and he liked it and it lasted a long time. You should be able to go on the internet and compare the disadvantages and advantages.

Sonata owner - almost 50,000 miles. Car went back once for repair on the alarm system. Everything else normal maintenance (like oil changes). I would recommend it.

Good car? it depends. The service dept. stinks, every time you go there it will cost you $$$$$$$$$.
If you keep it for ever yes, otherwise you lost all your money
Go buy a Honda Retail it is much better.
