Your taste is impeccable.

But if that's really your mySpace profile, and you're really fifteen, you should get some experience before trying to drive either car on your list.

Corvettes have more than enough power to kill the inexperienced and Hummers are so huge they take a long time to get used to. Both are very expensive for maintenance and require a salary of at least $50,000 a year to keep well. Not to mention the depreciation they're going through right now.

Besides, odds are by the time you're ready to buy a car of your own there will be something much better on the market. Try a Jaguar XJS as your first car. On the expensive side for maintenance, but very sporty, cheap right now, a chick magnet and hellaciously fun to drive.

I would get the corvette, since I had the same choice earlier this year. The corvette is very nice and it's good on gas, which is hard to believe but true. My vette on a road trip will get about 29 mpg on the highway, plus they hold their value really well. If you get an older vette don't go past 1998, plus if you don't get a brand new one, you may be able to get both vehicles, a good C5 vette will cost you around 25k and a used H2 may be in the same ball park. If you're single and you don't have to haul family, get the vette, you won't be sorry.

The Hummer H2 is just a glorified Chevy Tahoe. Pick the Corvette!!!

Both are very nice vehicles and would love to have either/or both if I could ever afford them. But if I was having to chose I would go with the Hummer H2 myself. But then we all have personal preference and for different reasons. Mine would be size wise and I think the Corvette sets so low and you feel all the road damage in them.

get the vette. They will be really expensive to insure for someone your age, but it doesn't really sound like cost is much of an issue for you. They will get about twice the milage of the hummer, and they are not crap like the hummer is. Utility of it will be limitted, like you can only carry one other person in there. You may end up cruising around in someone else's car if there are a few of you.

Try a gas saver car. Why does everyone with some dough have to have a ford f-350, or hummer, or giant suv???????? I have plenty of $, but i choose to lessen my personal impact on the fuel shortage we are in the middle of. Try something a little less self indulgent! If you need the corvette to boost your self image,....then do what you must do.............pity!!!

well i dont think you need a hummer even if it looks nice plus a corvette is so much cooler i mean if i was old enough to drive that would be my choice plus hummer mpg is horrible

What kind of question is that? Oh, sure, you might pick up some hoes in da hummer, but the corvette will attract BABES. Period

go with the corvette for speed, style, and elegance. go with the hummer for space and manuverablilty. both eat gas, your preference is your decision. both turn heads. personally, id take the vette.
