if it's not a chip key then probally $10 buckes or less, but if it's a newer one, it has to be prgrammed. $42.50 where I know and $40-$50 bucks a key.
Cost a damn lot!!! Let's hope it's older :) Though it's cool to have.

You can get the key cut at Home Depot but you will have to program it yourself. NOTE: The blank keys are expensive. Mine cost about $25 apiece. Look in your owners manual for how to do it. I have a Ford truck and all I had to do to program the key was: Put the original key in the ignitiion and turn it on but don't start the engind. Turn the key off. Put in the new key and turn it on within 5 seconds of the original key. Turn the key off Turn the new key on and start the engine. Usually programming the keys is as simple as that. The Ford dealership wanted about $50 for a new "programmed key" Hope this helps. Give it a shot!!

If it's a programmed key, it will cost you about $40.-50. then programming will cost another $40 or so. Otherwise, a key is a key and they can be purchased for $1.-3. tho' probably not at Toyota.

Depends on the model. If your vehicle has a chip key then they will run around $75 with the programming. If just a plain key then around 8-10 dollars at most. If you are not sure email me your VIN # and I will run it online on Toyota's website and let you know. You can email to toyotapartserie@yahoo.com.

it all depends as to what model your car is / because toyota came out with keys that have electronic keys in them / so if you get a cheap one from walmart or home depot / it will make the engine crank and that's just what its gonna do ... just crank / and if you use that key with the electronic chip / that means / after it being cut at the dealership / they have to use their scan tool to program it to the car. / but then again if you have an old old toyota / you can go to walmart.

It wouldn't be any cheaper in Japan and you should get some complementary fried rice.
