If you want to buy based on an accurate informed decision, I would go with the Acura TSX. Both are outstanding vehicles but the TSX beats the Lexus in all catagories. The TSX has a higher residual factor, per www.edmunds.com, therefore it has a higher resale value. The TSX offers more space for both passengers and cargo, comes standard with Bluetooth hands-free cell phone link, leather, 6-disc in dash cd player, memory seats, and sunroof. Consumer Reports recommends the TSX over the Lexus in reliability, safety, and performance. Car and Driver magazine has had the TSX in it's "Top Ten" for 3years in a row, the IS series has never been a Car and Driver "Top Ten".

Lexus IS300. A better built , sportier auto. Because LExus is a Toyota you get higher quality than Honda (acura). The IS is not a rebadged car already for sale in the USA, whereas the Acura is. Be original, unique, and different. I enjoy driving the IS300 more than the TSX. I have driven them both. The Lexus is a better car.

If you want performance, go with the Lexus IS300, but if you want reliability, go with the Acura TSX.

My heart stops beating everytime i see that car driving around. Not because it is expensive or anything, but becuase I think it looks a lot better. If you were to look for used TSX's, you'd find that there isn't much difference in new and one that is 20,000 driven. The resale value is always better in Acuras!

The TSX is a great car but is limited in handling by its Front-Wheel-Drive layout. The IS300 is good but not as sporty and it also is very expensive. Choose an INFINTI G35 instead. They come in Rear or All wheel drive. And are the best sports sedans for the money. The VQ V6 in the G35 has been awarded the best V6 eleven (11) years in a row by WARDS AUTO MAGAZINE. I would go for the Acura , I have an Acura Integra and its a great car , they run good , look Cool plus they are great with the gas . A Lexus is more as a luxery ride , it eats lots of gas plus it is more expensive to maintain. So I would go for the ACURA !

I have a friend that got an Acura and one that got a lexus. both love their cars but the lexus was a lot better.

Lexus is a lot better Acura=honda, Lexus=Toyota it is more expensive but it has a lot better stuff

acura tsx.. more room, gasoline, quiet inside while driving and acura parts are cheaper than lexus(test drive)
