I'm considering the Nissan Sentra for my next car. If you own one/have owned one, please give me your opinion on it. Did you like it? Did you have any problems with it? Any insight is helpful. Thanks!

Hi. Im currently in the process of buying a new van for my business. Ive found two vans that are good however what are the things that I must look out for/check so that I dont get short for my money?

I know that I should really be doing this, but I am not that rich(!!!) so preferably "cheap" things that I can do. Thanks!

I need to sell the car to one of my friends. How do I transfer the title.? Should I write letter saying that "vehicle is sold as-is"? Who signs the letter - buyer, seller or both? Please let me know

Your views please?

I'm looking at around 97-99, with a 5k budget...is it worth spending so little and getting so old? Or shall I just think about getting another car altogether? Also, for that age, it will more than likely have high mileage...is there a max mileage I should accept? Are they prone to any major problems?

I'll be honest and say I want a Freelander, but reading some views on here has put me off, so my other half has now suggested a Range Rover, cos he likes them.

Thanks.

I bought a car from a major car dealer ship one week ago. I got a call telling me to bring the vehicle back because they were "unable to find a lendor" for me. I had traded in a car, and the car was sold off to auction. They gave me "trade-in" value for my car ... now I'm without a vehicle completely and could have sold it for twice the amount I was given. Since my vehicle was sold, they can not get it back. HELP!

Hi
Ive got my Peugeot 806 2.0 HDi 8 seater to sell.
It really is a good car and I want to sell it on eBay.
There is one slight problem though !
In most peoples eyes, a used taxi causes a frown / no-no reation.
My car was used by me for 2.5 years as a private hire vehicle doing motorway work etc.
How do I best describe that its not the usual rubbish etc?
It's been serviced every 3000 miles (not 12000) cause I look after my vehicles!
Plus its had 2 MOT tests per Year!!
Thats actually 6 MOT's in my ownership, and it never fails!!!
I always service them as if I was going to keep them forever!

Now the guy I sold it to says that the transmission went out. I had no idea that that would happen and the guy says I did. He threatened that if I didn't pay to get it fixed he would beat my ***. I am not a licensed dealer...just sold one of my own cars. Plus, the guy lives right across the street from me...so it is pretty stupid for him to suggest that I knew. Do I have any legal obligations to fix it? What should I do?

My car broke down a week ago. I was told they could not find the reason it was not running. In desperation I traded it and signed a lease for a new car. This was yesterday. If I signed the lease papers, is it possible to reverse the deal now that I realize I just got myself into a debt outside of my budget. I feel I was forced into by the sales person. I only went in wanting info and came out with an 18,000 debt

Acura = RSX, TL
Crysler = Crossfire
Jeep = Wrangler
Mazda = Rx8
Nissan = 350z
Pontiac = Solstice
Toyota = Camry, Solara
It should be a pretty fast car, long lasting , something that girls would fall for(not a girly car but something that gurl's like there bf's to have), i prefer it not to be a popular car....
IT WOULD BE NICE IF IT CAN BE LISTED FROM BEST - OK

I just bought a 94' Altima and I did not do the proper testing before buying (I mistakenly figured "it is a cheap car it isn't worth investing in having a mechanic inspect it).

I am pretty sure I have a CV joint problem (squeeking on the turns) and some sort of a/c coolant problem (clicking in the a/c).

1) Does anyone have a ball park figure of the cost of these repairs?

2) How should I approach the people who sold me the car? They are people in my city whom I met and are not trying to rip me off but probably aren't interested in hearing me say "but I didn't realize..."

Thanks.
