Hi,
I want to bring a suit against a dealer for a used car purchase. But, I have no idea about who should pay attorney fee! Some say each part pays its own attorney fee, others say the part who is lost will pay all attorney fee for both sides, and also some say Judge will make the decision. Please give some knowledge about it. Thanks.

I'm looking to buy a car that gets good gas mileage and has low monthly payments, doesn't require a lot of maintenance. I def want a 4 door sedan, and am looking to spend somewhere in the 12k-16k range. I'm thinking of probably getting a new car, unless there are some good suggestions for used cars. HELP please!!

I'm considering buying a dodge caliber sxt. I now own a 1996 ford ranger with 136,000 miles and I have a feeling it's going to die on me. If i buy the Caliber, it means I will have $200 extra to spend freely each month rather than $700. Is the car really worth the money? Am I just in "impulse buy mode"? What should I do?

I'm starting a new business, but I'm not going to have any revenue until I complete a lengthy certification process. I'd like to know if anybody has immediately rolled a personal vehicle into a new company as a company vehicle? Are there benefits? Detractions? Does it matter that I have no revenue for the next 3 to 6 months?

I'm looking to buy a 2002 Toyota Rav4; my car is going to be around $12,000 (for the one I want) and I will put $5,000 down. I am only 18 years old and I will be going to college full time as well as working about 30 hours a week, do you know what my interest rate will be? I work as a nanny/babysitter for 2 different families and make almost $300/week, since I work under the table, should I have my parents borrow it for me? (They already have a car loan and will for the next 4 years.) Thanks!

I live in Texas and I need to buy a saloon car thats is fairly not expensive.. maybe 5000 max... but i am still not sure which brand i should buy:

i like american cars for being very comfy, i hate japanese cars.. they are all plastic and not comfortable at all unless u talking about lexus or infinity or acura.

german cars forget about them.. no spare parts..

so the only comfy and large saloon cars (american) i would think of are either dodge (interpid), ford (taurus) maybe, or chevy lumina..

personally i liked the dodge interpid .. it looks good from the outside and inside.. and it is not an oil monster like many other cars (jeep grandcherokee forexample) which i love btw..

so any suggestion or recommendation will be great.
thanks

We signed a contract for the vehicle, but it was never finalized. I changed my mind about the car and told them I was bringing it back. When I get there, all of a sudden, they tell me I am approved. However, I didn't want the vehicle and gave it back. Now they're telling me its a voluntary repo. Who's right...me or the dealer?
