Buying a car from a private seller?

If I purchase a car from a private seller, what are the requirements for it can be driven legally? How easy is it to transfer the title and get a tag for it?... also how long will that take?

first you want to be sure nothing owe on the car.....the get the seller an your self to have it sign over in you name,,,,,then be for you , go to the d.m. v...have inc, an a driveing lic,,, they can do it all in a few mim,,,not more than 30.... you walk out with new paper, an ,tags, make sure it been notrise
