can't some big auto maker help?

I am disabiled and live in country and I can't go anywhere unless I have at least 100.00 one way. Can't someone help me? I would like to go to stores and shop or maybe zoos, their are many places I would like to gto but ( I am trapped)

I know in Kansas City there are many charitable organizations that assist the handicapped getting into wheels or transportation. Since I don't know where you live that is about all the help I can give.
