ummm... you could try ebay? its free, however some sellers just take your money, look at the seller's ratings before bidding, if there's alot of good, and only a few bad (and even if those few bad are something the seller couldn't help, like damage during shipping), is generally a good seller. But you decide for yourself. Also, up here in my city, there are some really cheap cars, say a good condition running ford tempo for $200? I live in Southern saskatchewan btw.
If you're anywhere near moose jaw, check out the classifieds on www.discovermoosejaw.com and look at all them cheap cars :-)
