i want to make sure to buy a truck that will last even though i payed 35,000 dollars on it i dont want to have to call the tow truck 2 yrs later or 5 yrs later buy a whole new transmittion system which company has the truck with the best track record

I use to use it to tow a boat - it is an AWESOME towing vehicle!!! Class V-5 hitch. Never wrecked body needs work...

I've been looking at a few 97-99 mitsubishi eclipse GSX and I found one that has 93,000 miles on the body and 3000 on a brand new engine. the guy is asking $10k, I'm gonna try to talk it down to $8k. I just wanna know if there's anything I should be worried from especially with the new engine. the guy said that he put the wrong blow off valve into the old engine and it blew up, thats why he replaced the engine.

There is a noticeable tranny leak, and now I am afraid to drive it much more. There is an ungodly amount of rust below on the frame, a gaping hole on the interior [underside]. I am wondering if there's any legal action, or if I should just try to trade it in to him, and use the money to get a different vehicle. I got the car from him just this past monday, but tomorrow, I am going to talk to him about return/trade in anyways. I figured if there was anything I could do to try to get full payment back it'd be helpful. All help will be greatly appreciated, and any smart alecks will have to deal with me reporting their useless answers.

I have a ford ranger needing about 1000 dollars worth of work done including tune up and tires. My budget is slim but I can afford a new car with conditions. Payments will go from $0 to $300 a month and insurance will go from $72 to $200 a month so I'm going to have to ask my parents to pick up the tab for only my insurance, not cool.
