yeah im sure you can, you can also take your driving lessons in your own car as long as its fully tax,mot'd and insured!

Yes, you can. Actually I have done so. I don't have my license but my aunt sold her truck to me and I put it in my name. I just made sure I put that I bout it for a small amount because of taxes you have to pay on it.

You got the money, they will sell you the car.

Licensing is for identification purposes as well as permitting you to operate it on public roads. You just want to drive it off-road or on a farm? That could work.

yes, you can buy and own a car without a licence of any kind, you just can't drive it :P
