I have a Honda Accord that has lasted almost 20 years. It's hard to go wrong with a Honda.

You can find plenty of used Civics for a decent price. (I say Civic since you're a teen; Civics are great starter cars.) Whatever you do, before you plunk down your money for a particular car, be sure to get a report from Carfax.com, and have it inspected before you buy - that could save you a lot of grief. Websites such as Yahoo and MSN have sections devoted to finding cars.

Good luck in finding a great set of wheels!
