I've got a 280zx that needs lots of rubber replaced and right now I just want the stock uncut roll that I can put in it. Is there an auto-shop or something that anyone knows sells rolls uncut? It can't be any hose obviously because of the high temperatures and conditions in an engine compartment but they don't have to be made of gold either.

450x2 kicker amp , 2ohm kicker solobaric, When I had them hooked up it would shut off all the time. I bought a JL audio 4 ohm speaker and it does great. Is there a way 2 hook up the 2ohm without it shuting off all the time? Or do i need a different amp 4 the 2ohm solobaric?

I personally do, but was wondering what the experience has been with others. I feel like with the sound coming only from the front it isn't as submersive. There isn't that feeling like tou are just surrounded by music, it sounds weak and incomplete to me. Apparently there are a lot of people out there that just don't like rear fill and I just have to ask, why? Another thing I have noticed that you can get from 6x9 coaxials that you cant from 6.5" components is more midbass. I know there are some crazy 6.5" midbass pumpin machines out there, but if your bass is coming from the trunk don't you think it's nice just to have a little thump of midbass between between you and your subs? I think it makes an excellent rolloff from your subs. If you don't care about SQ and you just love the sound of your subs drowning everything else out then you might be satisfied without rear speakers, but for me they really seem to add a very nice sound to my system.

And... your thoughts on this?

I have a 5 speed shift-stick 1996 honda accord. I think my gearbox fluid leaked out. When the car is cold, I cannot shift the stick. When the engine warms up, everything goes back to normal.

Also, the clutch is very short, i.e. only when I press the clutch pedal way down, can I shift the gears.

Thanks!

It seems that the majority of people are so lazy they cant even be bothered to use them when they are doing even something important like joining or leaving a motorway. Even if they do they most likely get it wrong - do you agree.

Honda Hornet 600....I had a motorcycle accident last september 2004. It was a dual carriagway which i was in the right hand lane, then the lane bares to to the left or you can go straight on. Anyway the left lane was not moving so i went in the outside lane and folowed it to the left and then suddenly this girl tried running accross the road and i hit her straight on doing about 20mph, and its a 40mph limit. All there is, is a drop down curb but no crossing. The police arrived and took statments and reviewed the scene, and said it wasnt my fault. Now shes trying to claim £300,000 of me! so my insurance company are taking it to court. Yes she did have serious injuries, part of her skull taken away and has a metal plate there, coma for 3 months but that was drug injuiced cos of swelling to brain and punctured liver and otha stuff ive never heared off. Swear there against us bikers!!!!!

I own a 1891 Caprice and I had a bad misfire under load only I posted 5 questions to try to figure out the problem asking the Chevrolet experts here on this sight what could be wrong with the car.I received many answers ranging from a bad TPS sensor, o2 sensor , MAP sensor, distributer ignition module, cap , rotor, coil, main ECM computer, fuel pump, ignition switch, all wiring harnesses from the collem to the ignition system also the wiring harness for the fuel pump, Mass air flow sensor, and just about all the components that the car has excluding the engine and transmission itself. I replaced it all as I knew the experts that answered my question had years of experience! The cost of all these components exceeded $2300.00 and yet the problem didnt go away in fact, it became much worse! Anyway, yesterday a 16 year old guy from my neighborhood came over to my house and fixed the car with his first try! how did he do this? He replaced the spark plug wires! The cost was $17.55. Thanks
