Flat black is the color. Any feedback on how to get these will be very helpful. I think I've tried everywhere. A lot of websites have them advertised but they are discontinued. So everyone tells me there gone. I really need just the front wheel, but if someone wants to get rid of theirs I'll take all four. I hope someone does!

Hi I went to the dealership yesterday in the market for a nice 4 door "Family Car", After 6 in a half hours at the dealership with 2 children under the age of 5..I was told the only car that I was going to be able to leave with was a 2004 Mustang..due to so credit issues. I had asked the dealer when I was there if the tinted windows were illegal..They told me No, not at all...sure enough when I got home my neighbor who is a police officer told me that I will be pulled over every fifteen minutes because the tint on the car is illeagl. Am I able to take the car back and get something diffrent? Then I was told that it had a very good saftey rating the officer also told me that was not true. Any Ideas..I want to take it back and soon as my husband gets home from work. It will be less than 24 hours that I have had it. Is there anything the dealership or I can do?

my truck is registered in one state and i'm living in another (military). want to trade my truck in for something different but want to keep my legal resident state tags. do you think i can do that if i contact the people back home and give them the new vehicles info???

I used to own a 1986 VW Diesel Golf. It was pretty slow, but it got great mileage and was extremely reliable (at least the engine was...). I had over 250,000 miles on it when I traded it in, and it ran just as good as it did with 80,000 (when I bought it).

Modern diesel engines from Volkswagen and the like have turbo chargers and with the advent of low-sulfur diesel and bio-diesel, burn much cleaner.

So, when will we see more diesel cars on the US market? Chrysler did a diesel version of its Jeep Liberty, and by all accounts it sold well (from what I can tell, as when I tried to buy one, there were none in the dealer's inventories), and kept it on the market for one year.

Ford, Chrysler, Honda and the like all have diesel versions of their cars in Europe.

Thoughts?

The city I live in has horrible pot holes and bumpy roads EVERYWHERE! I have to drive over several bumpy patches and big pot holes every day on my way to work--is this causing or can this cause a lot of damage to my car? I just bought a used 2002 Nissan Sentra.

I was driving to work and nearly there i notice the int. lights are dimmed and I cant fix it. As I'm slowing down to park the low battery light comes on, I stop put it in P and when I press the gas the light goes out. After work, it starts little bit reluclantly. I stop at the store and as slowing down there to stop the light comes on again. I turn it off and when I try to start it next, it tries to turn over but not enough juice and dies. I've had corrosion problems in the past so I jiggled the cables and still nothing, so was going to try out the emegency car started while reading the manual the door which is open finally triggers the dinging sound and hey the car starts, reluctlantly. On my way home the light comes on every time i stop and rounding one corner the car stalls and then trying to start it only makes a click interior lights still working, never did stop. Used the emergency car starter and got enough to make it home. Battery is fairly new, alternator maybe? Any thoughts?

Every time I hit a bump or anything the front wheels sounds like they are about to fall off, it's just really a whole bunch of rumbling in the front. Do anyone have an idea wha this could be?

My roommate bought a car last year from a lady that can't get the title due to a previous lein on the vehicle in another state. The finance company is no longer in business and the dept of transportation will not release it of course due to the lien placed by the now defunct company.

The roommate has now sued the lady in civil court,hearing is set for the 4th of April, does he need to return the vehicle before the court date or at all? I said he can't possess the property and sue for the amount at the same time...but civil cases maybe be different.

Also, someone said he could send a certified letter to the company whom placed the lien, if they don;t respond...he could get the judge to issue some kind of injunction to release the title....the car is in the state of Florida along with the civil case, the original title state was Pennsylvania.

I am toying with the idea of getting a Land Rover Defender as I have just graduated and have always loved them. Living in a rural area they're always about, but two in particular have caught my eye; they're both mid-90s examples, SWB, one is a hard top and the other a pick up.

My question is, are the 90s really better than 110s if you don't need the extra space, or does the larger model offer anything that the 90 doesn't? Also, how easy is it to convery the hard top or pick up in to full convertibles, with a canvas hood stretching over the cab roof and load bay- would it cost a lot to get done, as I want a proper job? And if so, is it easy to change them back if I ever need to?

also have screamon demon coil pack with 10mm wires,aem cold air intake. the pwrwrks will probly elimenate that.are new bolts necessary for new cams and gears?I'm not really motor head but i do like to go fast in my focus!The down side is it's auto trans so i'm limited on the cams and some others.any advice would be great!thanks!

i had my car written off by a foreign lorry, it is going through my insurance (tescos) however they have rung me to say i never told them about a sp30 conviction i had on my license (speeding camera ) ive just bought myself a new car and am panicking they wont pay me out as i cant afford to pay for two finances for two cars.
i had been told under FSA regulations they should send me at time of renewal a form to sign and send back but i never get this just a form saying they have renewed my policy and here are my details.
has this happened to anyone before?? what was outcome??
do you know if this form should be sent everytime??
