Our car was repaired by an inept bodyshop twice and both times it was in their possession the car was broken into, ie; the tops of both front doors were pulled out at the top. The A/C isn't working now, because of the bodyshop's shotty workmanship, and the State Farm Insurance is telling us we HAVE to take it back to the bodyshop that has already messed our car up twice. After the first fiasco, we were told that the bodyshop was allowed to try to fix their poor work and we gave them that chance but other things got messed up that had nothing to do with the required repairs. It was as if they were trying to damage our car intentionally.

Can State Farm Insurance force us to take our car back to an inept bodyshop for the third time?

I have 109,000 miles and don't haul things. Also, would "higher mileage" oils better than semi-sythetic oils?

Thank in advance.

I am not trying to do anything bad to anybody that i know, i would just like to know because i live in the ghetto and some crackheads stole the gas canister from our front yard and as revenge i would like to mix in stuff that will kill their engine when they try to steal it again. Sugar does not work according to mythbusters.

lets say you are driving in the left lane, someone comes up to your right and moves over into your lane just barely missiing hitting the right side of your car and did not signal or warn you (they didnt hit you but could have if you hadnt braked) lets say you were driving at normal speed and his actions caused you to hit him. who would be at fault here?

i was driving the other morning on my way to work and a guy dipped right infront of me with no warning. i quickly hit my horn and slowed down but he was so close we could have collided. i was pissed the whole way to work. how dare he do that to me. i guess me going the speed limit ticked him off.

Thank you for your answer,I have driven a lot of cars..some good some bad...Yes I love my Caliber, I may be biased, I read maybe one or two articles, but in the end I got sick and tired of these people slating the reviews and especially for a new brand to the UK.. so I just went and test drove it... I can tell you it drives a hell of a lot better than a ford focus auto GHIA(I have the CVT) and the Focus is MEANT to be one of the UK's best selling cars???(not in AUTO maybe) but I did, however consider one, but by the time I had put the options in it topped £17,000..that is a WASTE of money. I have just given up my fantastic Grand Voyager limited model...(only for cost reasons) but you could not compare a Voyager to the Galaxy even....When the 2.8 V6 Galaxy does 2mpg LESS than the Voyager in fuel consumption...everyone choses the bloody galaxy....WHY..and they work out much more expensive than the Voyager anyway...I know a famous TV(cars) guy...he saw my Caliber and liked it!!!!

What are the penalties involving using someone else's placards, someone else's car (with license plate), illegal perscriptions for placards and license plates, or fraud when applying to DMV for the placard or license plate? Extra credit given for the most complete answer.

My wife was on maternity leave last year when he got hit in the rear end (she was driving her mothers car). Since that time, she saw a chiropractor for about 3 months and is now fine. My 3 week old son saw the doctor and was fine. My five year old was fine but does panic everytime he sees an auto accident. The total medical bills are $1,500 and the adjuster is offering $2,200. Is this fair? I understand that it was not a major auto accident, but she did have to get help taking care of our son while she was recovering on maturnity leave. We asked for $3000 which we felt was fair and reasonable but he did not flitch and told her to give him a call to discuss this? What's fair? Should I tell him I'm thinking about getting an attorney?
Were not seeking a windfall, we just want a fair amount? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm looking to take pictures for a friend and she wants a setting near a dock, like with her legs hanging over the edge. We live in wayne county (detroit metro) but are willing to travel whereever. Does anyone know where and old dock is that we can use for the pictures. I just don't want boats around or people screwing up the shots. It doesn't have to be big just a little one.

Free India wants to remove all British influence and hence renamed Bombay to Mumbai and Calcutta to Kolkotta and so on and so forth.. But we are retaining what is convenient..

For example: when British established Railways and had 1st class / 2nd class and free passes for employees it was to help themselves..and Indians travelled in 3rd class. When we became independent we did not abolish this culture!!! why??
All the AC class and First class passengers now became the rights of employees and their relatives / politicians and their affliates.. and that too they travel free... And most of the time these are not even full..

So why should railway employees and their children, relatives receive free passes to travel all over (free passes for work / vacations and what not?)They are just another set of public servants. Why do they need this previledge??
Why cant they pay for their own tickets?
