My choices are an 05 Pontiac Grand Prix, 06 Ford Taurus, 05 Buick Rendevous. All with mileage between 10 and 15 thousand. All priced basically the same and in good condition at Carmax. Which do you think would be the wisest buy? Thanks!

Here's a list of details about the car if they help.

1. 1989 Toyota Corolla
2. Right Hand Driver [RHD; Driver side is on the right, not left]
3. Export size is 9.49 m^3, or 31.13669 Ft.^3

Just ask for more details if they are needed.

Oh! Before I forget, the de-registration certificate is available.

I have a Picasso, but I want a Freelander. I can sell my Picasso for more than I'd pay for a Freelander of the same year, so something tells me that maybe a Picasso is a better care afterall, and maybe I shouldn't be so hasty to sell it?

I have a 2001 chevy impala with only 26,000 miles. Not driven a whole lot and sat while my husband was deployed to Iraq all of 2004 with the exception of small drives to run. We live in Hawaii since 2002, so cold weather hasn't been a problem. I have wondering when we should flush or change the antifreeze with such low miles?

I have a friend who was in a relationship for 5 years, which now is over.
The problem is that they both had vehicles and at one point refinanced them and put them in both names (his and hers) thinking that they were going to be together forever. Then they were both registered and insured in my friends name.(cheaper insurance) When they split they agreed to get the cars put into their name, register and insure it solely. Well my friend went as far as trading the one they had in and getting a new vehicle, hence taking it out of the other party’s name.
The problem is the other party has not done so yet. And to make matters worse they also lost their driving privileges/license, and are now driving without one and has even been seen drinking and driving. The next problem is the vehicle is registered and insured in my friends name and they don’t have a clue in what they can do legally to be remove from this and being liable for anything that happens in this vehicle. What can they do to be removed from this vehicle? And can they cancel the insurance and turn in the plates to DMV?
Please email me back with this information. Thank you

I think that their licences should be taken off them when they turn 75

After it has been sitting for a long period and I pull out, I step on the gas, but it doesn't go into gear. It is like it is in neutral, then all of a sudden it starts going forward. After it is warmed up, it doesn't do it anymore. You can stop at a gas station, turn it off, than start and go again and it doesn't do it, but the first couple times step on the gas, it does it. If I stop at a stop sign a little while after I have started it, it will do it a little bit. It seems to be just after start up. I recently replaced the fuel pump, but the engine is running fine. Could it be low Transmission fluid? How do you typically check for this. I drive a 2000 Dodge Caravan AWD 3.8 L 6 Cylinder. It has had transmission work done on it in the past. I think it was replaced. Please advise.

The "flattest glide " question was good and got me thinking. I am not an engineer in the least so bear with any dumb questions. Efficiecny in an aircraft would ultimately be achieved with super long wings and an efficient, small engine (like Voyager). No good for Civilians. So a happy medium. Early Mooneys had longer wings.(I don't know now.) So at some point, length(lift) cripples speed yes? So a jet that has crazy propulsion hardly needs any wing and could be near ballistic, yes? It would gobble fuel though. So I guess my question is how much these factors affect modern civilian aircraft. (excepting big cor[porate jets that don't need much efficiency). Are todays prop/turbo-prop aircraft the perfect blend of lift and speed(speed being dictated by price meaning the higher the cost the faster someone needs to go). I ask because I know Avgas isn't too cheap...

When I push on the peddle it is tight. I have to pump the brakes and this sometimes doesn't solve the problem. Stopping is getting scarey. I have replaced both front and back brakes recently. Sure could use some input before I haul this thing into the shop AGAIN! I have topped up the brake fluid level, but it wasn't down all that much. Could this be a master cylinder problem? Very frustrated.
