So my sister has a Volvo that I looked at for her. It makes that rattling sound over bumps on Front Pass-side only. I got on the Pass-side and violently shook the car. The Front Pass-side center strut shaft bobs up and down about an 3\4 inch.

Would do you think,, it's the whole strut or strut bushing?

She had the Driver side Only, strut bushing changed,, Yea I got on to her about that crap. They told here the Driver-side strut looked fine.

I know the easy thing to do, take it to a Pro,, but things are crazy right now. I've done a couple complete struts\bushings changes before, but Money is a little tight now for her.

P.S. Both tires have equal amount of wear on the outside. She wants to get the noise fixed before a front-end Alignment.

Thanks for helping,,,, My head hurts

I have tried for over 12 months now to find a highly reflective silver spray paint that is like a chrome finish that can be laquered over without "dulling" the finish. Does anyone know of any product like this?

My wife and son visited a Harley dealer the other day that didn't have any in stock. The dealer said that they were a piece of crap and didn't recommend them. Could it be that he just wanted to try to sell them a more expensive bike? Or is the dealer being honest?

I'm talking about the big scooter and not the DUI cycles that go around 35 mph. I like the idea of the automatic transmission but my son says that scooters don't maneuver as well as motorcycles. I would just like some more opinions.

It looks as terrific as the Pagani Zonda, sounds better than the Carrera GT, is more extreme than the Ferrari Enzo, cooler than the Lamborghini LP640, and arguably faster than the Bugatti Veyron in proper track.

I've a 94 Honda Accord Station Wagon. My family mechanic wants to charge me $150 and he's about 12 miles from here but the Good Year around the corner will charge me $130. I'm sure it sounds like an oxymoron but what do you think?

Hi,

I want the BEST paint sealant for my car. It's a new car and I just want to protect the paintwork as I don't wash my car often. Is Gard X any good? Or how about Klasse? Is that better?

Thanks very much.

my children attend primary school the traffic is shocking people park on the pavement cars do not give consideration to the young children crossing the road and do not let them cross
parents seem more concerned at droping their children off or picking them up and the drive away as quickly as possible to get where ever they are going
how wuld you sort this problem out if you had the power to make lasting changes ?

Okay, I did my homework on this but I need a second opinion because I'm not really sure. I've test driven the Nissan Altima SE 5 speed manual today, I loved the way it rides...it's smooth, barely put your foot on the pedal and it's going fast. It has 250 horsepower with 6500 RPM's before redlined. Now, I actually own a Toyota Celica GT-S it has 180 horsepower with 7500 RPM's, to be honest it seems to me the Altima has a lot of acceleration, but my Celica GT-S I believe could take it out if it were in a race with it? I'm thinking about getting the Altima AND keeping my Celica GT-S, I don't want to lose that car, I still love that car? Anyway, tell me what you think is faster? What you'd think would win in a race?
