My car audio system is broken. About an year ago, first the cassette player stopped working. Actually, there was no mechanical problem (I could play/rewind/ff the cassette) but when the cassette played, no other sound except the noise hum could be heard. At that time, the AM/FM radio was still working. However, even that went down that path about six months ago. Now I hear nothing but the noisy BRRR when I turn on either the radio or the cassette player. What could have gone wrong? Any easy fix that I could do myself to solve this problem.

I want to buy an economic car that I can use to drive to and from school. Right now I'm looking at the Saturn ION 2 2007 ($15275.00) and Hyundai Elantra GLS 2007 ($14895)... my question is, if I have the cash to purchase it on the spot, would I be able to talk the salesman into selling the car at a lower price? I've heard of the blue book, but I'm not sure what the blue book value of the cars are... or if it even applies...

It has been so cold lately that even though I can still open the doors to the car, I have a lot of trouble closing them from the inside. Is there a way to prevent this? I don't have a garage.

Midas charged me $883 for just my back brakes to be fixed. I feel very ripped off. Labor costs ended up being $144 an hour. How much should you pay for back brakes?

Does anyone REALLY know how to tune a quadrajet? I need help!?
I just had a 383 stroker built for my 68 chevelle malibu. I put an edelbrock torquer manifold on it but dont have the money yet for a new carburator. But I already have a near new Rochester Quadrajet rebuilt by Holley. I would like to know how to adjust the fuel/air ratio PROPERLY. My left front and left back turn signal work fine. My right front signal works but it's blinking twice as fast and my right back signal doesn't work. What needs to be replaced? The bulb? A fuse?

I have a 2005 Ford Focus zx5. Thank you!

Me and my husband just moved and need to change our address on our driver's licenses. Do we have to go in a take ANOTHER picture or can I just change the address online and they send us a new one? We just changed the adresses on them 7 months ago after we got married and moved in together.

We live in Texas and our licenses don't expire until 2008.

I just finished a three day/night bus trip. Twice I encountered people who gave me crap about reclining my seat because they had long legs. I gave in rather than get into more conflict with them. Yeah, they would have been less comfortable with my seat back, but hey, I was less comfortable not being able to put it back. It's hard enough sleeping on a bus without being able to lie back a little.
Maybe they should have to purchase two seats like really fat people have to sometimes.
Next time I will recline my seat, and if you kick it, I'll kick yer head, ya selfish futher muckers!
