My options in the glove box says AU3, is this the same as AU0? Or does this mean my vehicle doesnt have remote entry?

Go to your nearest Chevy dealer...they'll tell you.

Email me your VIN and I'll tell you. I can run it through GM's VIS(Vehicle Identification System)

AU3 : LOCK CONTROL, SIDE DR, ELEC
AU0 : LOCK CONTROL, REM0TE ENTRY

It is possible to have both codes, but if you don't have the AU3 then you don't have Keyless Entry

look on your option label , usually in bottom of glove box, if you have code AUO it does , otherwise it doesnt
AU3 only means it has power door locks , not remote
allums answer is correct but code is wrong
AUO is remote entry
AU3 is electric locks
if you have remote naturally you would have both

go to service department at local chevy lot and let them run your VIN number. that will tell them if the brain is in the upper roof compartment area for the remote or not.

Check under the dash for the control unit. Do not try to install it yourself. Most shops will install it as part of the purchase price. This way you have a warranty and will not void the OEM car warranty.

Your dealer can run the VIN and tell you if it came with one originally.
