I HAVE A 1999 CHEVY 1500 Z71. tHE ABS LIGHT CAME ON AND I HAD THE GUYS AT WORK RUN A DIAGNOSTIC ON IT AND IT CAME BACK WITH A CODE OF P1902. THE BOOK WE HAVE DOES NOT SHOW THIS CODE. JUST WONDERING IF IT IS A BRAKE SENSOR OR IF IT IS THE ABS BRAIN BOX

I'm trying to figure out a trip to see family on Christmas, for about a week. I'm looking at a full day of driving to reach the destination, mostly highway driving.
Christmas falls on a Monday this year. I'm figuring that the Friday before (22nd) would be bad for travel, and probably the Tuesday (26th) will be busy as well.

What would you suggest as the ideal days to travel, in order to overlap Christmas day with a week of time off? Would Wednesday through Wednesday make the most sense?

When an aircraft is descending is left reduced and drag increased, please can some check my figures. :)?
a340 at -2degrees angle of attack
wing area 5825ft squared
density ratio= 0.5328
speed 435knots
altitude; 20,000ft
I worked lift out to be
Lift = -559,819.26 pounds
and drag to be
Drag = 43,797.82 pounds

do these sound right, if not can you tell me how to do the coefficient for descening of an aircraft for the values of lift and drag??

98 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0L
It idles at about1500 when i am stopped. And feels as though it is running a little high. I replaced the IAC valve which helped a little but it still idles high????

I just replaced all four tires with brand new ones, and have had 4 valve stems go bad (two in the same tire) in less than 2 months of use. The technician @ Discount Tire says it's because there's Fix-A-Flat on the rims (I had used it on my last set, because I was trying to get more use out of them before swapping them out).

I guess I'm just perplexed how the Fix-A-Flat is causing the valve stems to go bad.

Also wondering why they didn't remove the Fix-A-Flat before putting on the new tires.

Isn't it a polymer than becomes more like a solid after it's put into the tire?

Any suggestions, thoughts, help in understanding, etc. would be MOSTappreciated!

"I approached the 4-way stop, signaling to make a left turn and made a complete stop. About 2 or 3 seconds later, the other driver approached the 4 way stop in a giant Ford F-250 with oversized wheels. We essentially arrived at the same time, so in order to avoid confusion; I wanted him to go first. He didn't seem to have acknowledged me and seemed to be distracted, making it an unsafe situation. After several failed attempts to make some kind of eye contact with him, I could see that he was clearly rummaging through things in his car and that he was in his own little world. After waiting a significant amount of time for him to proceed, I could tell he just wasn’t going to budge. I decided to go ahead and proceed with my turn, and let go of my brakes and carefully made my left turn as to not alarm him. Almost complete with my turn, about 90-percent, and he just lets go of his brakes and slams right into my passenger rear side, failing to yield to a vehicle already in the intersection."

I put a master cylinder and slave cylinder and shiftcable on the car. It's still hard to put into 1st gear unless I cut the car off and then it will go fine and after I drive it it will go into gear fine. I don't know what the problem is and I know if i keep driving it I will breakd the bushin in the shiftcable againg for the 3rd time and can't afford to keep buying one someone please help!!!!!!

when im on the road i tend to get more attention than any other car i've owned. honda, acura, etc. like to play when driving, i'm not going to deny it i do like it. yes it is a good economical car but that it's main purpose but i'm not sure it worth doing after all it is a ford focus. it comes with a zetec engine 130hp standard with potential. honest answer are the best

Bought a 2000 commodore from car dealer that i thought was a reputable car dealer. He said they had structural guarantee so thought i was safe. However taking it to my mechanic found it has been in an accident (and stuctural does not mean the body of the car but the chassy etc). It is ok ( a few body imperfections though) but i am really upset about it. Upset at myself as well for not being more careful. Now it is going round and round in my head what to do. I really want to sell it but i am really honest and would have to tell people its been in an accident. I just dont want to keep the car and have the constant reminder and disapointment that i was "done over". What do other people think? Help please as my mind is stewing over this and i cant believe how upset it has made me.
