i have a jeep wrangler with a sbc 350 and the temp keeps climbing once i get stuck in traffic. it has a new 3 row copper brass radiator new water pump and a 3300cfm zirgo electric fan the temputure reaches 210 when i am stuck in traffic and it keeps climbing from there.. please any suggestions would help it has a 180 thermostat also i live in az

i have a 1990 nissan maxima that will not start right now i let it sit for a week and now it wont even turn over there is a seven year battery in my car so i dont understand why the battery wouldnt be on its completely dead. not even the lights come on when i enter the car, nor the locks. could it be that i need a new altenator? or should i get another battery? I have already cleaned off my battery post because i had a lot of corosion on them, i thought that was the problem, but when i poured coke on them to clean it off it still would not start. What could be going on? Altenator or Battery?

It's not engine noise or anything, it sound likes it's the top maybe? the chassis or alignment (sorry I'm a girl I'm not sure what I'm saying) I notice it if I am slowing down to under 30 or 20 mph.

It's not VERY noisy, but is it normal?
It's a 2002 but it seems wobbly and rattling like an older car despite my dealer saying it has been inspected and is perfect. Or am I over reacting? Thank you!

i have a 1979 Chevy K-5 Blazer with a 10in.lift on 35in.tires. I love this truck. I thought the starter was bad because it was just makin a whining sound, I took the starter off and noticed there were 2 teeth missing right where the starter was hitting it when it cranks over. What should i do ??? And ive heard the flywheel is a long pain in the *** to change. Whats my options ?thank you for takin time to read this .

I recently bought a brand new hyundai elantra, and i just got my first oil change.Since the car is new I had them put in synthetic oil, and now I feel like my car is dragging...Could it be that the car originally had regular oil, and now im messing it up by putting synthetic oil in it?

Recently, here in California, I was at fault in a small accident. Rather than report the accident to the insurance company, both parties agreed that I would pay for the damage in cash and that the accident would not be reported to the insurance company. However I provided information of my insurance to the other party. Now I would like to know what type of document I would use to show that payment for the damage was made and that the other party promises not to make a claim with the insurance company.

I went to the volvo dealer today, and I wanted to get a volvo s40 t5 but by the time i got to the bank and back to the dealership..they sold the last one they had. Now I wanna know if I should get a s40 2.4i, and whats the difference between that and a T5. Is the T5 really that much better?

I have a 88 Mazda truck with a machanical oil pump, new engine, and I still have plenty of time until I need to change my oil and filter. My pressure starts off fine, but once I have driven for a hour or two it drops to almost 0 at idle. I have the right oil weight in the truck.

Its a 91 Chevy S10 Blazer 4.3L with throttle body injection. It blows no smoke, but i guess their is some hesitation, and the check engine light comes on at times. He asked me what to do, and i told him to replace the oxygen sensor along with the spark plugs to see what happens after that. When he bought it, i told him the catalytic convertor could be shot because of the vehicles mileage, and age. Its got 203K on it! Dispite the problems, the vehicle runs great otherwise. Give me some feedback people!

Why are we all constantly exposed to the drone of "you better buckle up, or we are going get you". And parents are chatised and publically scorned for not buckling up their children, in these safety chairs that look like something out of Buck Rogers, that cost almost as much as a small space ship. Control and coercion at every turn. And yet the school buses are devoid of safety belts. What is all that about?

I just got an email from a good friend (down in Katrina hit Slidel - which is a community of some 100,000 just North of New Orleans) who's children are now being bused to over crowded schools, three abreast in the buses. How safe can that be? How come our children are safe in school buses, but not safe in automobiles? Where is the rationale in that?
