Uh, no they will NOT. It is YOUR responsibility to GO TO THE DMV and get a new license. All you are doing by informing them, is just that, informing them that your addess has changed. You will need to go, pay the fee, and so on, then you will get a new license, providing your old one was in good standing.

Most states will just send you a card to keep with your license until you renew it. If you want, most states will issue a new license with the new address for the usual fee.

No, they will upgrade the computer to show your new address, but you will still have to go in to have your picture done. And of course if you moved out of state you will have to turn in your old license to get your new one.

Depends on your state. Most wont because they have to have proof, such as you bringing in a bill or somthing that has your new address.
