The Federation of American Scientists has a summary, its a tad bit old, but you get the idea (about a thousand, but that's just Air Force, Navy has scads too). Years ago my father had the Encyclopedia Britanica Book of the Year subscriptions, they had statistics like that which were usually very current--unfortunately, I haven't seen such in a long while. The definitive source is Janes (John Frederick Thomas Jane, no its not named for a girl). Many libraries have some books or you could go online, but most of the detailed info is for paying folks who register. The military.com site is free and will give you detailed information about those airplanes.
