I have a 1991 Ford Taurus that has 30,000 miles on it. It was driven very infrequently by my grandmother. It is my car now and when I drive it up a hill it reduces speed to no more than 25 miles per hour. Also runs rough for a while after that. It has bad fumes when going up a hill. Could it be the catalytic converter? And what can I do about this?

MY QUESTION IS MY TRUCK NEEDS REPAIR I HAVE TAKEN IT TO THE SHOP AND IT'S BEEN THERE FOR A WEEK AND A HALF ON A LIFT. THE WARRANTY COMPANY PROTECTION PLUS INC C.A.R.S. IS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND THEY ARE RUDE AND HARD TO DEAL WITH AND THESE ARE COVERED COMPONETS UNDER THE WARRANTY BUT , THEY ARE CALLING ME AND THE SHOP LIARS SAYING MY TRUCK COULDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM THEY ALSO SAID THAT WE ARE LYING THAT WE PUT A TOWING PACKAGE AND A LIFT KIT ON THE TRUCK AFTER WE BOUGHT THE TRUCK BUT, THE TRUCK CAME WITH BOTH OF THESES THINGS WHEN WE GOT IT OFF THE LOT. ITS A USED CAR . SO NOW THEY SAY THEY WILL AUTHORIZE THE REPAIR WORK BUT, WE HAVE TO FAX THEM A LETTER STATING WE HAVE PURCHASED THE TRUCK THE WITH THE TOW PACKGE AND LIFT AND WE NEVER MODIFIED IT . I WANT TO BUT , THEN I'M SCARED THAT THIS COULD SOME HOW VOID MY WARRANTY OR THEY ARE TRYING TO GET US TO SAY THIS SO THEY CAN GET OUT OF PAYING WHAT SHOULD IT DO

I would like to know if my contract is legal. The auto had 86 miles on it when purchased by me. I have since had many problems with the car (I now have 28,000 miles, I am pass the lemon law time line and warranty but have had the steering column replaced 3 times by the dealer at their cost when it was under warranty and as a good will gesture (ha)). What are my options. 2001 Cadillac STS.

18,000 miles and this is what it looks like oh boy said the tire was low notice there is no excessive lose off tread on the side on the tire.

I have had 2 job offers. Well interviews. One is in another town but i think i will have better pay and benifets. Im not sure what i should do. My car is another thing as well. Both stickers are out and i have no insurance. Do cops look for stickers that have expired or what? Should i chance it and drive it until i get money to put stickers on the car?
