Someone told me if my car had under insured motorist it covers any one who drives it why do I need 2 put my son on it then. The insurance company says I have to but this other person has 3 kids and 2 cars fixed after they drove them with under insured motorist on his insurance. confused in TEXAS

i was driving in jersey city, nj and while merging on highway i stopped at stop sign, the bmw behind me hit my car at stop sign ignoring the stop sign, i called 911 the cop came . i felt the cop being rational and argued with me regarding the damages. i still dont have the police report but what is i found the police report based on rational descrimination.

i was not in fault as it was rear end accident at stop sign .
mine was 93 altima and the person who hit me from the back was having brand new bmw.
can n e one suggest me what further steps i should take after i receive police report and what i should do if i found the police report biased.

The radio on my car went out the way to work...then the car started puttering and died. I tried jumping the car, but it only turned for as long as the cables were attached. I tried cleaning the connections, but no luck again. Any ideas? I have a 1994 Subaru legacy wagon.

I want to buy a truck but with rising gas prices I was wondering if anyone knows if a king cab truck wastes more gas than a truck with 2 seats only. I am going halfers with my partner and he wants to get a king cab and I dont want to because I think it wastes gas. He wants the truck because his midget mother is coming to stay with us for a few weeks and wants her to feel comfortable. I think he is stupid because if we get the king cab we would waste more money in gas (IMO) every year just so his little mom could feel comfortable for a few weeks.

I have a 97 Honda accord....I got my bakes done and about a month later every time I would brake my whole front end would shake. I dont have the money to get them done again at least not right now but they wont fix it because they said it's already been a month. the owners manual said try 20:1 ratio in the gas but that made it worse so then i tried 40:1 with yamalube oil, worked better but still fouled it out , so then i tried a hotter plug and did the same thing except a little better each time i take it out it still has a lot of oil on it.anything will be great.thnx any websites that ca ntell me????
