I was looking at a cold air intake, there are several options, some of which have a tube and some don't. My main cause for the ups is to try and get an additional 2-3 mpg.

This is the one I was looking at: http://www.racepages.com/performance/basket.php?makeid=19&year=2005&modelid=300&partid=15&brandid=1850

I rebuilt my 84 mustang motor last year for drag racing and drove it for 3 months. Well my Honda loving neighbors decided to put crap down my carb. Well the motor is dead and they went to jail for something. I dont know what but I wish it was because of what they did to my engine. I put allot of cash into it and allot of time. My car has been sitting for a year now. No racing Im so pissed.

My '98 Cobra's yellow wheels have dulled since I had them done early last year. If polishing works, should I start keeping them waxed?

I assume the F-103 was perhaps a concept plane that may never have even reached the prototype stage, but I would still like to know what was; specification, mission, stage of development at cancellation, etc. Think this would be interesting historical reading.

Was it really McNamara that broke the consecutive numbering tradition by insisting the USAF call the Phantom an F-4, as in the Navy?

Who makes the assignments? What is the criteria to make a new model sub-designation (example, F-4C, F-4D)?

Thanks.

I was wondering how I would be able to use my clutch less. Because I hear that it is very expensive to replace. But i've also heard that i should use it instead of my brakes. So I don't really understand. So if anyone can tell me which is smarter to use less. And what i can do. For instance when i am slowing i down shift. I hardly use my brakes. Then others say use the brakes instead because you'll wear out the clutch so help please!!

I have a 99 grand prix GTP and this is what’s going on. It started last week where sometimes if I turn the key the car will not start. Now, all he lights come on, radio, etc so I know it’s not the battery but when I turn the key it just won’t do anything. I do hear the full pump engage but what I can’t figure out is that If I keep trying to start, buy taking the key out and reinserting and turning it, sometimes it will start and then it goes back to the same non start problem…I would think if it was the starter then it would not start at all but then if it’s the ignition switch, why does it still start sometimes?? Can’t figure out what else it could be…any feedback would be greatly appreciated…

Companies are making hybrid cars so we can spend less money on gas and so we don't hurt the enviroment, right?. Well think about this, what's the point of paying 30 grand for a hybrid car when you can have the same car (not hybrid) for probably 10 grand less?. I mean, your still going to be wasting money because the money that you don't pay for the gas, you pay for the car. The only thing that hybrid cars don't do is hurt the environment, but as far as your money, you will spend the same amount of money or more yearly. Anyone agree?.
