how do I change pontiac aztek alternator?

specifically how do I remove it from the small enclosed space

it is very hard take it to a chevy dealer and suck up the 500$ bill or buy the chiltons manual at your local parts store.

you will need to disconect steering shaft on rack ,next lower cradle 3 or 4 inches. then you can get to bolts on back side of alt.this also allows room for alt to come out.Not really a do it your self job
