Change the linkage of the speedometer.

The engine light, check all fluids, check gas cap, Go to the parts store and have them hook up the computer to it and read the codes, I am betting it is the fuel cap not sealing properly.

I first want to address the sensor replacements. Did you replace the sensors yourself or did you have someone check the cause of your 'check engine' light and replace them as a result of that? I ask this because the 'check engine' light does not tell you any information about the actual mechanical state of things in your vehicle or its engine management system. A technician (I am one with advanced electronic engine controls specialty) uses the data that the PCM (powertrain control module or engine computer) to begine diagnosing a problem. The light is on because the computer 'saw' on e of three things:
1) It detected an unacceptable reading from one of the sensors.
2) It received no signal from a sensor.
3) It cannot operate an actuator that it has control of.
When diagnosing the cause of a 'check engine' light, one must look at the data (or code) to see what system the computer recorded the fault in.
Case-in-point: Just because a code is set for an oxygen sensor, that does not mean that the oxygen sensor is defective/broken/faulty. It could be that something else is happening that is putting the signal outside of its normal parameters. For example a cracked exhaust manifold can be responsible for a poor O2 reading, since outside air gets into the crack between exhaust gas pulses from the cylinders.
It's best to get proper diagnostics performed on your engine since guessing at the problem can get expensive,as I think you finding out.
In regards to your speedometer not functioning, I think it is safe to say that you still have a problem that requires accurate diagnosis to correct. There may be a faulty vehicle speed sensor or there may be a broken wire, or a faulty speedometer, or faulty PCM. Without testing your van it is next to impossible to provide you with any kind of accurate fix. A little time and money spent at the dealer can save hours and hours of frustration and continued problems that can happen when you start guessing at what is wrong or just replacing sensors or components because there are codes in the computer. I hope that this all works out for you.

It does not have to be a sensor, it can be engine temperature, exhaust problems: converter. Sometimes all you can do it live with the light. Is it the cable type of speedometer cable? If it is you need to take the cluster loose from the dash and the one on the transmission. If it is electronic then it is sensors. The cable type is real hard to fix. With the engine light again there are rubber/silcon hoses coming off the convertor sometimes they go bad and cause the computer to read errors. You plugs and wires can be bad or you can even have a dirty air filter.
