The truck body frame needs welding repair to points where the body holders are situated or at the leaf spring suspension hardpoints. The bed isn't a problem. Detaching a cab from its frame without too much cutting is what I'd like to know about. The cab has 3 left and 3 right points where the cab and frame meet. These 6 points have totally rusted out along with its rubber body holders. The ride is hard since the 6 points holding the cab body sit above or below their original places or on the frame directly.

I need to lift, remove and re-attach the cab so that I can weld new hardpoints without the cab's obstruction. Is this possible or is it time for a new truck ?

People drive way too fast in my neighborhood (I live in Carrollton, GA). I'm afraid that one of the kids on my street is going to be killed by the fast cars. The speed limit is 25--most cars driving on my street go at least 50. Who do I need to contact to get a speed bump placed on our street?

I already have two Amps and am planning to purchase Two S12L7 subwoofers. The amps that i have are:

1. Legacy 4000 Watts Amp - 2-Channel (Model: LA2268)
2. Sound Storm F2500D - ClassD MonoAmp

Question # 1: Will the Legacy 4000 watt amp be good enough for Two S12L7 (4-ohm) subs ?

Question # 2: Will the Sound Storm F2500D MonoAmp be good enough for Two S12L7 (2-ohm) woofers ?

Question # 3: Can i still use any of these amps if i use just one of those woofers ? Either 2-ohm or 4-ohm ? Which one for the 2-ohm and which one for the 4-ohm ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

OK, if I pass the driving test and get my lisencse before I am 18, I can't drive anyone under 20 alone or drive during 11-5 without adult for 12 months. Do these restrictions still apply once I turn 18, but the 12 months are not up yet? (example, pass test and get license a few days before 18th birthday. Do the restictions still apply after I am 18?)

For my 16 birthday, I might get a truck, a 2001 GMC Sierra 1500. How much would a truck like this cost, and how much for insurance would I have to pay?

Thanks

THE TRUCK HAS BEEN DISMANTLE AS FAR AS TAKING THE TIRE OFF AND REMOVING THE 4X4 HUB COVER BUT IT ALSO HAS AN XTRA ALLUMINUN COVER THAT HAS NO OPEN SLOTS AS TO TAKE OFF WITH A SCREWDRIVER OR ANY TOOL TO POP IT OFF OR UNSCREW IT. THAT IS KEEPING IT FROM REMOVING THE ROTORS TO BE RESURFACED

As people age their reflexes, eyesight, coordination, etc deteriorate. This can affect their ability to control a motor vehicle. However, in the UK there is no gauge for a persons ability to drive a motor vehicle once they have passed their test.

Should older people have to take a competency test (not a full UK license test, just 10 minutes with an instructor to prove that they are capable of handling a motor vehicle) once they reach a certain age? And what should that age be?

FYI I am currently 31 years old.

The rear axle nut will not stay tight enough against the drum, therefor the wheel has play in it and it is getting worse. I am not sure if the axle is being ruined because there seems to be too much play with the drum but the splines on the axle don't look like they are being worn out, but it shouldn't have any play right? It must be the play between the axle and the drum that is loosening that nut. But the axle nut was not staying tight before the play developed. What do I need to do?

I need the percentage of employees in downtown Baltimore that uses public transit v. drives alone (ie. the transit splits). Via the US Census and other sources, I've only been able to find the date for citywide (not just downtown) and the census data is by "household" location -- whereas I need to know the splits for workplace. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
