If you push the door pannel inward and look at the backside of the "window winder", you should see a small clip holding onto the window winder shaft thingie.

Find a little pick thingie to get a hold on the backside of the clip, and pull.
Or try a flat tipped screw driver and push the clip out of the notches on the window handle.

Remove the door panel. Detach the window track from the window winder mechanism and prop it in place. Unbolt the winder and fish it out of the access hole in the door. Sometimes you have to wind it to a certain position to get it out.

Open the door and grab the winder guy by the throat and pull him from the car!
